Eyes all open, and toddling now…. wont be long before they work out how to break out! This litter are all optioned but this may well change later. We have two more litters now confirmed – Bandit is due (to George) around 10th June, and Menemsha to Julescoon Inka Prince from 12th June.
These guys have had final vaccinations, and after being neutered they will be leaving us for their forever homes. A lovely litter from Ch. Mabalakat Northern LIghts and Imp Gr Ch Alisika City-Slicker.
Izzy’s kittens are now 11 weks, so final worming before final vaccinations next week, and neutering the week after, then they will all be leaving us for their new homes at the end of May. Poppy’s babies are just starting to open their eyes, at one week old.
Our next litters look likely to be Bandit to George around 10th June, followed by Menemsha to Julescoon Inka Prince on around 19th June. When they are born, we will post details here.
For those who were waiting for an email from me, please see the note below in the last post giving details of our problems with technology! If you would like to be considered for one of our future kittens, please do drop us a line.
Poppy’s litter at one week. All currently OPTIONED.
Unfortunately, my computer has decided to throw a wobbly, and has lost the entire folder where I had put all of your enquiry emails, so unless you have heard from me today, with a kitten update (I had a few mails still in my inbox, thankfully) then please assume that I have lost your original mails, and do get back in touch. All of this litter are now currently optioned (which means that each kitten has someone interested in having him/her – but of course, this may change as time goes on. In addition, we have at least one or two litters due in early June to follow.
Poppy (GR CH Coonberry Daddys Girl) delivered her litter bang on her due date, and thankfully, in the morning. Almost exactly a year and a week since her last litter, below is a sneak preview of her babies. As they open their eyes and get older, we will update weekly with pictures so you can follow their progress. If you are interested in offering a home to any of them, please do get in touch. At present, all of this litter are optioned, but this only means these people have first refusal, and they may well become available again later on.
We have Silver tortie tabby and white female; Tortie tabby and white female; Tortie (possibly smoke?) and high white female; tortie tabby and high white female; Brown classic tabby with white male; Black (possibly smoke) and high white male. You can just about see all of them in this picture.
Izzy’s kittens are growing fast. We are still waiting for the people who optioned some of them to come and visit, but hopefully will be able to make final decisions on their new homes soon. If any become available, we will post on here.
We took Jesse and Walter to their first adult shows this weekend. Both had a great day – each gaining a CC certificate and Best of Breed in both shows. Jesse then went on to be BEST IN SHOW semi-longhair adult in the Camcats show. Walter was up for the same in the Bedford show, but lost out to a stunning NFC who went on to be overall, so we cant really complain! Their litter brother, Saul, gained his third PC and went home aas PREMIER MABALAKAT BETTER CALL SAUL.. what a litter this was! They were just one year and one day at the show, having had their birthday the day before. (We cant wait to see what Mum produces next week as we have repeated this mating.)
The kittens have all had their first health check and are bouncing with health! The first vaccinations are now done, and whilst they are supposed to be feeling sleepy, this lot are bouncing around, making photos difficult.
Izzie’s kittens are growing like weeds and now are 8 weeks old. They will be off to the vet next week for the first health check and vaccinations, the time with them goes so quickly! Pictures below.
Poppy is looking absolutely enormous, and isnt due until around May 2nd! This is of course, a repeat of the mating that gave us 6 beautiful boys last year, and of course, included Jessie and Walter (see boys’ page), so we are eagerly awaiting these babies. Menemsha is also out of this mating, the year before the boys, and she is currently back with her boyfriend, and hopefully, kittens will be expected from her around the middle of June. Bandit and Glori are possibly having litters at the end of May, too, so we are going to be very busy!
IF interested in any of the coming litters, do email us. All kittens will be fully vaccinated, wormed, insured, and neutered, prior to leaving home.
Izzy’s kittens are now 7 weeks old…
