We took Jesse and Walter to their first adult shows this weekend. Both had a great day – each gaining a CC certificate and Best of Breed in both shows. Jesse then went on to be BEST IN SHOW semi-longhair adult in the Camcats show. Walter was up for the same in the Bedford show, but lost out to a stunning NFC who went on to be overall, so we cant really complain! Their litter brother, Saul, gained his third PC and went home aas PREMIER MABALAKAT BETTER CALL SAUL.. what a litter this was! They were just one year and one day at the show, having had their birthday the day before. (We cant wait to see what Mum produces next week as we have repeated this mating.)
The kittens have all had their first health check and are bouncing with health! The first vaccinations are now done, and whilst they are supposed to be feeling sleepy, this lot are bouncing around, making photos difficult.
Izzie’s kittens are growing like weeds and now are 8 weeks old. They will be off to the vet next week for the first health check and vaccinations, the time with them goes so quickly! Pictures below.
Poppy is looking absolutely enormous, and isnt due until around May 2nd! This is of course, a repeat of the mating that gave us 6 beautiful boys last year, and of course, included Jessie and Walter (see boys’ page), so we are eagerly awaiting these babies. Menemsha is also out of this mating, the year before the boys, and she is currently back with her boyfriend, and hopefully, kittens will be expected from her around the middle of June. Bandit and Glori are possibly having litters at the end of May, too, so we are going to be very busy!
IF interested in any of the coming litters, do email us. All kittens will be fully vaccinated, wormed, insured, and neutered, prior to leaving home.
Izzy’s kittens are now 7 weeks old…
All are now tucking into both wet and dried food, and are using litter trays… well… making the attempts anyway! This is the messy stage, so please excuse food around faces.
All kittens are optioned.
More litters due during April/May, see below.
We can now confirm that we have litters due from:
Ch. Mabalakat Menemsha (solid tortie and white) x Julescoon Inka Prince (Brown classic tabby and white). Due date around April 16th.

Izzy’s five babies are now busy exploring the kitten room, digging in the litter trays, and trying to sample mum’s food… it is amazing how quickly they grow up. All of this litter are now optioned.
OPTIONED – means someone has expressed an interest in the kitten, and will come and visit when old enough. Optioned kittens do sometimes become available again, when we will notify on here.
RESERVED – means someone has visited and met the kittens, and this one is now booked for them.
UNDER ASSESSMENT – means we want to wait a little longer before deciding whether to let the kitten go, or to stay here.
AVAILABLE – means that this kitten is possibly available to the right home.
Well, Izzy’s babies are now 3 weeks old. They are at the toddler stage, not quite out of the nest box as yet, but looking interestedly at the outside world.
We also have exciting news. Ch Mabalakat Menemsha is definitely pregnant to the wonderful boy owned by our friends Jo and James at Lucifern Maine Coons. He is Julescoon Inka Prince – a simply massive, beautifully marked, brown classic tabby and white. So possible kittens would include males – brown tabby, solid black, red tabby, solid red, blue tabby, solid blue, cream tabby, solid cream. Females – tortie tabby, tortie, blue tortie tabby, blue tortie, brown tabby, solid black, solid blue. All with white.
Both Poppy and Glori have recently visited George, so we may also be expecting kittens from them. Updates will follow!
Izzy’s kittens at 3 weeks.
Izzy’s kittens are developing fast, all have their eyes open and are starting to crawl around the nest box. To help them get around, we have replaced the soft bedding with carpet. It wont be long before they are beginning to leave the box.
